My client has a rare but exciting opportunity to join their expanding team in a fast paced, busy office environment as a Motor Claims Advisor.

The company, based in Kidderminster, are seeking new team members due to expansion and a heavy work load. Ideal for anyone looking for a full time, permanent position with job security and on the job training.

Your main job will be to manage a portfolio of claims and recover costs from 3rd party insurer lines in line with the ABI GTA and common law principles. You must be confident in dealing with people over the phone and data entry. Patience and understanding are fundamental attributes needed from candidates. You will have good administration skills and be able to cope with a busy work load.

Ideal candidates will be determined, confident and customer sales focussed. This is a great place to work and a forward thinking company that will have you well looked after and will invest the time to train you to be a great advisor and call handler.

You will be working in an outbound calls environment so previous telephone work, computer work and problem solving are desired.

The starting salary for the successful candidate is £15,000 and you will receive a 5% increase on completion of 6 month probation period.
