My Public Sector client is looking for an experienced Customer Advisor to work within their Contact Team, based in Birmingham City Centre.
You will be handling inbound enquires from the general public and also internal queries, in a timely manner. You will also need to be able to update information at the same time using an internal management system, ensuring information is accurate and outcomes recorded. You will also be required to act as an administration liaison for the team both internally and externally, therefore you should be skilled in Microsoft Office. It is essential that you have fast and accurate typing skills, that you have call/contact centre experience and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work under pressure and have a customer focused attitude.
This is a temporary opportunity initially paying £7.65 p/hr for six months and will require a clearance to be in place before commencing the role. Please note this clearance would initially be funded by yourself but reimbursed once working in the role.
